Information 2008 MPA® Calendar Errors The off group schedule is correct except for a single date error which is specific to June in off group # 13. The error is that the 4th set of off days is listed as 23-24 and should be 22-23. The start of PP#7 is listed as March 30 it should be March 23. Some Members Have Received A New Design Cover In The Recent Calendar Mailing. This Type Of Cover Has A Manufacturing Flaw Of An Open Inner Back Flap Which Allows Items To Slip Out. If Available A Bag Sealer Will Work To Correct This Problem. All Remaining Covers In Stock Have This Same Flaw And Are Being Corrected By Use of This Method. 2008 United Health Care Cards The issued cards are accurate regarding office & emergency room co-pays. The office co-pay is waived for preventative exams, tests, age-appropriate procedures, prenatal / baby wellness and for on-going disease management visits. Please ensure that these types of visits are properly coded for billing purposes by your doctor. The new rates go into effect as of January 1, 2008. 2008 Navitus Drug Cards The current cards have an error which lists the wrong member identification number. New cards with corrected member identification numbers will be be sent out.
